Why join?
Drama club, unlike other clubs, has many jobs and assignments you can explore/do. Unlike what most people think, drama isn’t all about acting. It requires props, clothing, lighting, people, presentation, and more. This club also holds and teaches a diversity of people through the art of the stage. Afterall, “Joining the drama club can be a lot of work but you’ll learn to love it and you will have a family,” Cheyenne Summerlin (a sophomore) in Drama Club said.
On that note, this doesn’t mean that this club is for everyone. When considering joining this club please keep in mind that it’s not always easy. Not everyone will like the thought of showing their talents to others, and that’s okay. So, when considering joining a Drama Club, keep in mind that to, “Join it takes effort and time and dedication but the outcome is greater and worth more than any amount of work you’re gonna do to get there’ family and friends and getting to live a mini dream,” Misty Huffman (a sophomore) said.
