First I’m going to talk about last night’s game, and their upcoming schedule. They had a game yesterday on Tuesday, 9/21. It was an away game in Fort Pierce, against John Carroll Catholic School. Their overall ending score was 3-0. On Thursday they have another away game, in Port St. Lucie against the Treasure Coast. Then on the Monday following, there is a game against Westwood in Fort Pierce. Now I’m going to talk a little about the coach. His name is Jerry Veloz. He attended North Bergen high school and Graduated from South Broward high school. He didn’t attend college, and he has been the head coach of this sport for six years. Some of the goals the coach had for the players this year was “Be coachable and understand there is always room to improve, and to create a competitive team environment where they push each other to develop new skills and techniques everyday.”
