On Monday 9/27/21, the Varsity team played against Westwood in Fort Pierce. The Westwood Panthers have had two away games and three home games. Overall they haven’t won any this year. Okeechobee on the other hand has won nine out ten games so far, six out of town and four home games. For this game the score was 3-0, Okeechobee won. Their upcoming game is going to be a home game against Lincoln Park Academy, at 6:30pm. Following that game, Wednesday in Port St. Lucie we are playing against the Treasure Coast. The coach said “Our key opponents are South Fork, Jensen Beach, and Sebring.” So far this year’s team is doing better than last year, “the overall score last year was 8-6” the coach said. They also lost in the state final against Archbishop McCarthy with a 0-3.
