Drama club and explaining their current play production.
Every year, the Drama club does a children play. This year the Drama club will be performing “The Christmas Cafe ” for elementary students. The Christmas Cafe actually involves three common Christmas stories such as the reindeer from “Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer”, the ideas/characters of the “Nutcracker”, and also the characters from the story “A Christmas Carol.” Though keep in mind this play doesn’t resight these story’s but instead, they have the same characters and create a wonderful story that is different, funny, and happens at the Christmas cafe.
All of the drama kids are very excited for this show, they are
“…so happy to be a part of such an amazing cast and fun play,” Mackenzie Osteen (10th) said.
This play overall is an exciting and wonderful production that not only helps the community and provides entertainment to kids but also gives the actors a chance to show these kids what theater is all about. Along with giving the actors a chance to show their talent.
“I think the children’s show is a great opportunity to be able to work together and bring joy to others,” Cheyenne Summerlin (10th) said.

THE LECTURE HALL, a place where all rehearsals are being held, for all plays, including “The Christmas Cafe.” This stage, despite it not being where the play is being performed, allows actors to practice and get an idea of what it’s like on stage with lights, props, etc.
