Talking about McCoy’s Day at OHS

Here’s a day in the life of a sophomore named Mamie McCoy.

This is what she did outside and inside of school as an OHS Student. Here is a little bit about McCoy. She’s very smart and she plays for the high school volleyball team. Now I’m going to talk about her day on Tuesday. She woke up at 5:00, did her hair, and then left to get Mcdonald’s. After getting food she went to school. Then, when the bell rang she walked to her first period which is Theatre 1. In Theatre 1, she worked on group presentations with her classmates. When the second period bell rang she walked to her second class. Her second period is English 2 honors. ” This is one of my favorite classes because I’m good at English,” McCoy (10) said. In that class, she did a Nwea test and got a 250 score. Next was her third period, her third period is Pre AP Communications Methodology. In that class, she worked with a group and discussed decriminalization of drugs. Then she walked to fourth period which is Spanish 1. ” This is another one of my favorite classes because it’s easy and I get food in that class sometimes,” McCoy (10) said. In Spanish 1, she did notes and talked to her friends. Finally, she went to lunch. At lunch she sat and ate with her friends. After lunch she went to her fifth period which is AP World History. In that class, she did an assignment. After fifth period she went to sixth period. Her sixth period class is Art 2. In Art 2, she carved linoleum. Lastly, she went to her seventh period class and that is Financial Algebra. In that class, she had a copy do and a assignment. When the last period bell rang she went to the drama room for an hour doing sound for the one-act for the Children’s Christmas show. After that she went to basketball practice and then home. When she got home she took a shower, ate, and got ready for bed.
