Do you love to bass fish and you are an Okeechobee High School Student? Well then, this club is for you. This club travels all over the state competing in bass tournaments. This club uses baitcasters (one like above) to fish in these tournaments. Sometimes they will have a bass tournament here on Lake Okeechobee and they usually stay out on the lake for about 6-7 hours at a time. Our bass club has a lot of tournaments and they have brought home a lot of trophies. “Fishing in this club has made me a more experienced fisherman,” Colton McPeak (12) said. “I love fishing with my buddies and having a good time,” Latt Durance (12th) said.
