- The president does the communication between officers and school, runs meetings, and project execution.
- Vice President: Joshua Viray
- The vice president handles credit tracking, facility requests/ preparation.
- Secretary: Denice Garcia
- The secretary handles the member contact point person, attendance, and creation of forms.
- Project Development : Diana Rodriguez
- The project development officer handles community liaison, donation drop-off, and develops projects.
- Communications: Bryanna Kelly
- The communications officer handles information posters and social media/Remind.
- Treasurer: Zarina Judilla
- The treasurer collects money/ writes receipts and creates orders.
- Journalism Liaison: Clea J
- This officer takes photographs and the graphics.
A little beta club background info:
Beta club was founded in 1934, by Dr. John W. Harris in South Carolina. This club was used to promote academic achievement, service, and leadership among students. Okeechobee County School District started participating in this club in the year 2019-2020 by collecting books and then those books raised were donated to Everglades Elementary School. This club helps students get community service hours by giving projects and various ways to help students.
