This Is the 3rd week of swimming so far this year. These first few weeks the main goal in practice has been to get back in shape and throw ourselves right at the competition. The competitions start the 4th week of practice week 8/29 thru 9/2. We have 2 meets this coming up week. The first swim meet is at the Massey IRSC campus. The meet is starting at 4 and ends at 7:30. Then on Thursday at sailfish splash, we have another meet.This meet will be starting at 4 clock as well and will end near 7 30.
