You can choose many electives such as foreign language, physical education, performing arts, marching band, and many more. Weight training, of course, the name tells you what you’ll be doing in that class. We train different parts of the body on different days, for example, the upper body one day and the lower body the next. You’ll have a day with stations that you do that train upper and lower body. You must do a mile every week and finish within a certain time. The teacher gives you one day to make up any missing things you have for his class. You will be doing different types of lifts every day. When it comes to grades, you’ll be graded on dressing in proper clothes and on participating in the activity.
