OKEECHOBEE – Okeechobee Main Street Labor Day in the Park is planned for Monday, Sept. 5 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The festival will include a parade at 10 a.m., a pulled pork barbecue dinner, music by Johnny Debt, children’s activities, and vendor booths with arts, crafts, and homemade goods. Presale tickets for the barbecue are available at OkeechobeeMainStreet.org, Brown Cow Sweetery, and Staffords Salon.
