This week in Ag Mechanics, Mr. Thompson is teaching his students how to build farm structures and how to identify farm equipment and tools. These will help his students be successful if they’re looking for a career in the Ag industry.
In Digital Tech Information, Mr. Pung’s classes are each learning different things, here’s a look:
Digital Information Tech
Students look to build on their ability to use WordPress as they create posts on brahmanimpressions.wordpress.com. This week they learned/reviewed attributions.
Digital Design I
Students learn about document creation, workspaces, non-printing tools and importing assets. This will help students prepare for the Photoshop industry certification.
Digital Design II
Students learn about purpose, audience, communication, copyright, permissions and licensing. This will help students prepare for the Premiere Pro industry certification.
Digital Design III
Students review purpose, audience, communication, copyright, permissions and licensing. This will help students prepare for the Animate industry certification.
Journalism
Staff members spent the week designing covers, organizing photos, collaborating on sections of the yearbook and designing a spread.
And to wrap it up for this week, in Health Science, Ms. Skeen is collecting sign-ups for the upcoming blood drive! “
“The blood drive will be successful. I love the fact that every time we hold a blood drive the staff from One Blood always compliments our students,” Ms. Skeen (Health Science Instructor) said.
