Our high school has two different Spanish classes. “In my Spanish 1 class this week we are learning months and days,” Shyla Koos (10) said. For example, they’re learning that January is “Enero” and March is “Marzo.” In Shawn Hay’s class for Spanish 2, they were taking vocab on Tuesday. No sophomores are in his Spanish 2 classes and no seniors are in his Spanish 1 classes. All the Spanish classes are in building 7. There are three different Spanish teachers Hays, Garcia, and Casarez. Casarez teaches Spanish 1 all day and Hays and Garcia teach Spanish 1 and 2.
