When I think of being a teen I think of all the challenges they face. It’s not easy being a young adult. It’s a big open world with many opportunities, and it’s often hard to know where to start and what to do. For many teens, it’s hard to wake up in the morning and go to school. “When I get the proper amount of sleep before a big game do I preform a lot better,” Corey Wilkerson (24) said. Teens need more sleep. I’m not saying they need to sleep till noon but they need 8 hours daily. So, we as teens could go to bed instead of staying up all night it’ll make it a lot easier on us. While getting the proper amount of sleep will give you better physical and mental performance the next day. This is important for teens and will make school life better.
