Usually when we talk about drama club people only think about going on stage. But don’t worry, it’s not just that. Of course, we have comedians, the drama club role which is probably the most popular. These are the ones who will go on stage and interpret a character to present the story. “Being an actor makes you feel comfortable being yourself with others.” Angelina Rosa (11th) said. The technical team is perhaps the position that we think about the least, but we must not forget them because they are very important for the smooth running of the show. They take care and make sure that everything is perfect in terms of lighting, sound,… that is to say everything that is more technical and “electronic”. “I do lighting because you get to make sure everything run smoothly and people can see what’s happening” Brandy Sumner (11th) said. Then there is the management scene, which accompanies and organizes the various teams involved in the daily functioning of the piece. There is also the treasurer, who oversees the finances of the organization, especially when the club organizes fundraisers and events. Being an officer for the club also allows you to collaborate with other officers to help make the club more inclusive and fun for its members.
