Mobility Exercises

A good way to improve on being a better athlete is doing mobility exercises. Mobility exercises are light movements focusing on increasing flexibility and stability in small muscle groups that tend to become tight during hard training. Mobility is the area of ​​physical fitness that helps make the body more resilient and injury-free. These exercises open up tight joints and muscles, making them stronger and promoting better, more efficient form. Especially since we are growing rapidly we are becoming more sedentary than the norm, usually the more mobility work you need to do. You should always do a short mobility workout with multiple exercises before any workout.
