Hold still, Smile

This week begins with our 2 day Algebra 1 EOC retakes, again another graduation requirement. Make sure you are working hard to pass this test seniors.

Other than this testing, this week is full of fun and exciting brahman pride, smiling quite a lot too.

This week is the last week to be able to take your senior portraits. If you do not take your pictures this week, your photos will not be in the yearbook. Even if you aren’t a picture taking person, think just like one of our seniors did, “I am usually not a fan of taking pictures but I do want to look back at these memories as I get older”, Berenice Sanchez (12) said. If you still need your pictures taken contact 800.292.3715. or visit their site at https://prestigeportraits.com/ .

As we are talking about taking pictures, this week Friday, Senior Ads are Due. If you want more information about formatting and payments, visit this following link, https://bit.ly/3xFtU3p .

Our most exciting news for this week is the Homecoming Float Building beginning this Tuesday, September 20. Seniors, we are looking for donations, so even if you can’t show up, you have the ability to contribute by donating to our float building. You can Contact one of our student class advisor Mrs. Hargraves at kyrstin.hargraves@okee.k12.fl.us . This is our last chance to be part of this fun brahman tradition, anything makes a difference!

Berenice Sanchez sits as she waits for the cue to smile for her senior pictures right after school between 3-4pm. She had these pictures taken by Prestige at Okeechobee Highschool so her picture can be in the yearbook and for memories.
