Coach Makes Stations

We did stations this week and more. When doing the stations we added five to ten extra pounds each time but did fewer reps. Each day he made stations for different parts of the body. For example, Monday we did stations that worked the upper body. Depending on what we do he finds a day for us to run a mile for a practice grade and sometimes a quiz grade. On days we do the mile we have the choice of doing the mile or stadiums. We started recording how much weight on a piece of paper we got from him, the paper tells us how many reps to do and we write the rest. “This is an easy class as long as you participate,” Eduar Rodriguez (10) said. The make-up day usually is Thursday, but it can change and sometimes we don’t have a make-up day at all.

Weight Training

I and my classmates lift weights in the weight room. We did bench presses on Monday, October 3, 2022, in order to build muscle.
