Fit-card Activities

This week we are working on our fit card that records certain things we must do our best. We have this one time at the beginning of the first nine weeks then at the beginning of the second nine weeks and finally at the end of the second nine weeks. There was no school Monday because it was a teacher work day. Tuesday we did the mile and the 50-yard dash, you are to do your best on it. The lower the time the better the grade you get. We did more running rather than weight lifting but we did lift some weight Wednesday as well as sit-ups. “As long as you try your best and get a better time than last time you will get a good grade,” Luke Bessey (10) said. Thursday we are doing the shuttle run and on Friday we are doing max weight and make-up for those who missed a day. Everything that is done is for a grade.
