Burning Through Hoco Week

This past week was homecoming week. Since the hurricane ruined the week the first time this week had been rescheduled and everyone had been waiting. This is a special week, and everyone is in good spirits during this week. There was dress-up days and events during lunch. Thursday night was the parade and pep rally and followed right after was the bonfire. The bonfire is also a special moment; the seniors get to see the bonfire up close while lowerclassmen get to watch on the track behind the gate. This is a fun time as they play music as well. Homecoming week is a very good time and I look forward to it every year. “This has been a Brahman tradition for many years and I hope it continues for many generations,” Nicholas Woodhouse (10) said. Keeping Brahman traditions is very important not only for school spirit but also so the future Brahmans can live into these moments that we enjoy and hopefully pass it along aswell.
