Coach created activities

This week we continued a few things we did not get to on the fit-card last week. For example, push-ups and a few other things that some people made up some things they didn’t get to last week. We did a few things on Monday, bench, arm raises, chest flies, and more to work out the upper body. For Tuesday, a mile, and push-ups with other things, that a few other kids didn’t get to last week, are the stuff we did. Wednesday you work out the lower body with squats, power cleans, deadlifts, and many more workouts. Thursday is our make-up day for anything we missed before Thursday. “Everything is relatively easy and an easy grade as long as you pay attention and participate,” Chris Crum (10) said. Every day we run a lap around the basketball court to warm up and then stretch right after before we do what we have to.

Eduar Rodriguez does push-ups in the gym. He does push-ups to build muscle and get a grade, this was done on Monday, October, 24 2022.
