Soon A Fangtastic Timing

Halloween is right around the corner. This is a holiday where you go trick or treating and dress up and have a good time. Halloween is supposed to be scary and fun and our school is participating in Halloween festivities as well. Okeechobee High School is celebrating Halloween by having dress up competitions. This upcoming Monday you can dress up. Of course there are rules but I love how this is a way they are still being a part of “celebrating” since Halloween is on a weekday and not a weekend. Halloween is also a way some people can express themselves and act differently or be somebody for a day. “Halloween is my favorite holiday because I can dress up crazy and nobody can say anything about it,” Keilah Mora (10) said.
