Coach Assembles Weight Stations

This week we did an assortment of workouts to work most of the body. For example, we do bench presses, bicep curls, chest flies, and arm raises every Monday. Depending on what is happening that certain week things can change. We ran the mile on Tuesday and the time to beat got lower, it gets softer every week by 30 seconds. For Wednesday we did squats, deadlifts, and jump rope, and the coach added an ab workout toward the end of class. Thursday is the make-up day, if you have something to make up you go outside and do a mile if not then you can stay inside and get free time and play different sports on the basketball court. Such as basketball, kicking a soccer ball around, throwing a football around, and a few other things. “You are to always be aware and careful when in the weight room,” Hernan Mora (10) said. Finally, on Friday we do power cleans and a few related workouts.

Hernan Mora runs the mile on the track. He runs the mile to get a good grade on November 3, 2022.
