I interviewed Oliver Saunders a sophomore who plays basketball for Okeechobee high school. Saunders said that he started playing basketball at 8 years old. Saunders said the one that inspired him to play basketball was Kevin Durant. Saunders said he also plays football for Okeechobee high school on the varsity. Saunders said he wanted to go to college for basketball and the college he wants to go to is FAMU. Saunders said that he averages about 15 points per game and 4 rebounds per game. Saunders said that his mom always pushed him to be better in sports or anything he does.”basketball is just good to me I’ve been playing it for so long I just know what I’m doing,” Oliver Saunders(10) said.
