This week I asked students if they’d rather eat or skip breakfast. Most of the students I asked said that they’d rather eat breakfast. Only a few said that they don’t. I believe eating breakfast would be in anybody’s best interest because it gives you energy, boosts your brain power, and gives you glucose.
Most people I asked mentioned to me that they would rather eat breakfast because it gives you energy, energy is important because it helps you perform physical tasks including work, exercise, normal daily activities, and school. If you don’t have energy you wouldn’t be doing any of the things that I listed. Exercise is important because it keeps you active and moving to be more healthy. Breakfast could really help you in school, Mainly to keep focused, not hungry, energetic, and active because when you eat breakfast it gives you protein. Protein is very important because it helps your body repair cells and make new ones.That’s mainly why people eat breakfast.
