Brooke Wideows, a current sophomore at Okeechobee High, claims that her talent is whipping up some good food in the kitchen. She is currently 16 years old and maintains a job at Golden Corral as a cook in the kitchen who grills up some chicken! She first discovered her talent while she was in elementary school around the age of seven. Her talent was discovered due to her grandma who used to bake a lot. On account of her grandmother always baking, she is not only good at grilling chicken and cooking some tummy loving meals, but she is also very good at baking sweets and treats. In addition to this, Brooke claims that though she is overall good in the kitchen, her preference is to bake goodies because of how she used to help her grandma. Brooke really enjoys being in the kitchen because it helps her to destress and she also likes pleasing people with her food. “I won’t go out of my way to make it for myself but my brother will be like– “Can you make me cookies” and I’ll go make it for him”, Brooke Wideows said. With this talent that Brooke possesses, she desires to open a bakery in the future which she hopes to name ‘Brooke’s Bakery’. She is committed to her talent and is already off to a good start because friends ask her to bake them goodies and that can lead to a spread in business.
