This year, the captains of the 2023-20234 Debate Team are Colton Collins and Grace Thomas. Both are Seniors this year and will graduate with an AA from Indian River State College in Business Administration and Political Science respectively. Luckily for the Okeechobee Community Theater, she plays the lead role in their production of “Exit Who?” She is also the secretary of the Okeechobee high-school drama club. It isn’t just Grace who does many things outside of school, Colton is an intern with the Florida Debate Initiative and Incubate Debate. After they graduate Colton plans to go to college to get his Juris Doctor Degree and Grace plans to become a pilot. So lets give it up for this year’s Debate Team Captains.
