Pets require proper care in order to be happy. This includes incorporating toys into their lives. These toys need to be safe and able to withstand your pet’s energy, and many students have pets and buy them things for fun. Fernando Liberato (11) states, ‘My pets are afraid of some sounds so I get them quieter things so that they won’t be scared.’ From this quote, you can tell that a pet’s selection of toys depends on their personality and age. For example, a vocal kitten may enjoy louder, more interactive toys, whilst a quiet, old cat may like toys that make little to no sound and don’t require much movement. Oftentimes, a student may be the one taking care of their pet because their parents got them the pet as a gift, therefore they must pay close attention to what they like. You should get to know your pet in order to get the best toys for them.
