There are many activities outside you can participate in with a pet to deepen your bond or have fun with them. Different people like doing different things with them, depending on what animal they are, their personality, etc. Some may prefer simply throwing a toy around the backyard, whilst others enjoy running to areas in the neighborhood. Meagan Bridges (9) explains, “My cats, Duchess and Vader, enjoy simply looking (around) outside. It seems to be therapeutic to them.” It’s good for students to go outside often since when they are at school, there’s not much time to go outside. Some fun things to do with your pets outside include geocaching, beach trips, playing in a sprinkler, and much more. You can get creative with what you choose to do by doing these and can have time out of school to do these activities.
