Andre Santiago to many this name rings a bell. Santiago is a 6’2” Junior who plays varsity football at Okeechobee High School. Santiago is currently ranked 7th in Florida for sacks and 2nd in the 3s division. Santiago is one of the best on the team at defensive end but you could also catch him getting reps at quarterback and wide receiver. Santiago is a very versatile player as you may have noticed Andre is very experienced having played the sport for 11 years. Santiago says he loves the competition on the field. One of Andre’s favorite memories is when he scored a touchdown with his brother when they were younger. An athlete looks up to is Tom Brady quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who won 7 Super Bowls and retired on February 1, 2023. “Don’t be afraid of failure” Santiago said.
