Brahmans accept the loss against Westwood

This week the Okeechobee Brahmans play Westwood (away) on Thursday. Last week Varsity had an off week practicing in the gym due to the weather.  JV Football was going to have a home game on a Thursday but it got canceled due to the field being wet. Recently Okeechobee is going through plays at practice finding ways to execute and beat Westwood. Coach Striebel is working with the linemen everyday in the beginning practice to get good with blocking during plays and how to execute through the plays. Speaking of linemen Zander Lindley #65 has been leading the linemen through making sure they do their jobs and execute. Coach Joe Smith is pumping the offense with some motivation with how he was when he put on a gold helmet. Okeechobee football has not won a playoff game before. In the history of Okeechobee football, Okeechobee has not been on a winning streak in 25+ years.

“Going into a district game tonight the defense is going to give it our all and go out there and hold Westwood and let our offense do their thing.” Said by Mathew May.
