Matthew May Pushes His Way to the Top

The rising sophomore, Matthew May, is a 6’0” Varsity football player. May is an outside linebacker, and if you don’t see him there, he’s also a punter. “My favorite part of playing football has to be the physicality that comes with it,” May said. One of his favorite moments was when he was put onto the Varsity team. If you don’t find him on the field, out of practice, and out of games, you can find him hunting and fishing in his free time. May doesn’t want to end his football career here in high school, he also wants to play in college. One person he looks up to is Kalen Deloach, who is a linebacker playing for the Florida State Seminoles. May has played for 2 total years and he’s loved every minute of it.
