This week is spirit week, we had many fun activities during lunch such as watermelon eating, musical chairs, water balloon tossing and many other activities. During spirit week there was also dress up days. Monday there wasn’t school because of teacher work day, Tuesday was white lie, Wednesday rhyme without a reason, Thursday is class colors, Friday is game day attire. The dress up days give points to whichever class had dress up for the days and the winner of the end by the end of the week gets bragging rights. Juniors are in the lead of winning spirit week. There is a parade and pep rally for spirit week. Junior class had to make their float building for the parade and you can choose if you want to be on the float for the parade. “It was cool how spirit week brought people together through the outfit choices each day” Mary Najera said. After the parade and pep rally there was a huge bonfire students were able to attend.
