The football team had a game last Friday on 10/13 against Port St. Lucie. This game was an away game and the cheerleaders were wearing their purple uniforms. They still had their pink poms and bows to bring awareness to cancer this month but it was their last game with all the pink accessories. The JV girls were cheering with the varsity at this game. “I had so much fun cheering with the Varsity girls and the picture can truly show how much fun we all had,” Amiya Barrett said. They did five new cheers this game that they learned over the week at practice. Around the 3rd quarter when they usually go and play games with the other cheerleaders the Port St. Lucie’s band and cheerleaders worked together to play the games. The band was playing music while the cheerleaders were playing the games. Bubba J unfortunately did not make an appearance at this game.
