The Okeechobee Brahmans defeated Lake Placid 40-13 in a very entertaining game. This was the first time in a handful of years that the Brahmans brought home a win for their Homecoming game. The Brahmans took this week very personal and serious, they looked locked in and in sync this game. Senior Qb Ni’marion Bryant won overall best player of the game. Carriss Johns won offensive player of the game. Fred Hill won defensive player of the game. All of these athletes performed to the best of their ability and it showed. Even though the Brahmans have performed excellently this year, their playoff hopes are on the line this week playing Sebring. It’s going to be an excellent game, and a real hard fought game.
