Friday October 27 there is a Fall Festival at Central Elementary School. In the beginning of the week there was an email sent out to student to volunteer at the festival. Those who responded to the email later on received another email with information about arrival time and what you have to do when you get there. One you arrive at the school there will be a sign-in table for volunteers at the front gate. You will receive your booth/game assignment and be given a ticket for a free drink/pizza/chip meal. You will be given details of your job once you are at your assigned area. Volunteers also have to fill out a form entirely and legibly with your booth/game leader so the staff in charge can complete service hours form and turn them in to OHS.”I am really excited to be volunteering and help little kids.” Jade Mendoza said. The Fall Festival will start at 6:00 and be open to the public and will end 8:00pm.
