Book Recommendation

This week’s book recommendation is about Summer I Pretty by Jenny Han. This book follows our main character Isabel “Belly” Conklin as we see her hectic teenage life full of romance, party, and angst. Belly finds herself falling more and more in love with her mother’s best friend’s oldest son Conard Fisher. Belly grew up going to the Susannah house every summer, and this summer was different. She looked different, she had finally let her hair from the ponytail and got her braces off. The boys started to notice her more than before.
