Meet Zionna Flores, she is currently a freshman and is on Okeechobee High School’s JV volleyball team. Flores is 5’3 and play’s the position of a “right side” and “setter”. Zionna has 8 years of experience of playing this sport. One thing Flores said she enjoys the most about volleyball is “I love meeting new people and I love the environment of the sport” quoted Flores. She also proceeds to talk about her most memorable moment while playing. “When we won the championship game at the Espn” she stated. An athlete Zionna looks up to the most as of right now is volleyball player, Penelope Van Eman. Zionna’s current hobbies are playing Volleyball, cooking, fishing, and going mudding with her friends and family. Her plan after high school is to become a cosmetologist.
