Gaining muscle and good grades

Working out is just as important as getting good grades. The reason I say this is physical activity  is a big thing so you can stay healthy, getting good grades is even better so you can pass in school and get all your credits you need. To make sure you stay on the right track you need to have a schedule for your workouts and school work. Having a schedule can help you not to forget an assignment that needs to be finished and get turned in on time. When you are trying to gain muscle this is where schedules really come in handy. By making sure you never miss a workout that will help you gain muscle and see the physical changes you want to see. In the end by using a schedule and making sure you stay on task can be life changing for the better. “Having a schedule has really helped me this year by making sure I keep up my good grades while still being able to do physical activity that is needed.’’ Shaince Snell said.
