Book of the week

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by JK Rowling is a book that follows 12-year-old Harry Potter as he finds out everything is not what it seems. It’s a world of magic and witches, wizards, and mystical animals. Harry makes new friends and possibly new enemies at his new school Hogwarts, a school for witches and wizards. Yes, that’s right Harry Potter is a wizard. We go on adventures with him and his friends. There seems to be something off at Hogwarts this year. Something only Harry and his friends can solve. Something dark and dangerous is coming and Harry is the person who can save everyone. “Because it’s a great story, you should read it because indeed the story is and the detail. You get to drive into the mind of the characters and see what they’re thinking and how they feel”, said by Jacob Smith. Head on down to the Okeechobee high school library and check out Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by JK Rowling!
