I chose how to make a person a better athlete. I will use these tips to make a person a better athlete. These tips will help them become better at the sport they choose and love. Some of these tips will include hydration, exercise, sleep, all the thing that are important to becoming a better athlete. Hopefully these tips and topics will help future athletes and even spread these this. I will give tips on routine, and even help them emotionally get through stuff of being an athlete. With this, I hope I can assist my friends and fellow students with their physical and sport prowess. At the end of the day I hope I can help out more and more future athletes with these topics.
