The Bass team’s first tournament will be held in Clewiston, FL on Lake Okeechobee. The dates for the tournament will be on September 7-8. The weigh-in is at Roland Martin Marina in Clewiston. “In the first tournament the lures that I will be using are top water spooks, frogs, swim baits, spinner baits, and senkos” Michael McLeod said. To acquire your varsity letter you have to go to all four tournaments in the southern trail. The four southern trails are Roland Martin Clewiston FL, Venetian Gardens in Leesburg FL, and Scott Driver Park in Okeechobee FL. This year the bass team ran out of platinum and premium sponsorships, which are the big logos on the jerseys. So far this is what is going on for the Okeechobee High School Bass team.
