The Jv B team has had a rough season so far. The Okeechobee Brahmans Jv B volleyball team has been able to celebrate their first win. On September 5th, 2024, Okeechobee High School’s volleyball teams played against Martin County High School. For the first time this season the JV B played very hard and ended up winning the game. At the end of the game the volleyball team was so excited to know that they finally won a game that they forgot to say good game and shake hands with the other team. The Jv A team showed their love for the Jv B team by celebrating their win with them after the game. I asked one of the players how they felt about their first win, “I thought it felt amazing because I got my serves over, and I had a save. I felt very proud of my team and myself for finally winning a game and it felt very good to celebrate it with my friends on my team.” Isabella Cisneros (9) said. Cisneros showed how happy she was to win and how grateful she is for her team to be able to pull out the win after having a rough season. To sum this all up the Jv B volleyball team was finally able to see the hard work they put into winning pay off.
