The Jv(A) volleyball team showed up to play after taking a hard loss against Vero Beach. On September 16, 2024, the Okeechobee Brahmans volleyball teams played hard against Lincoln Park which led to a win. “I’m so glad we won today because it is my birthday and I really wanted to win for my birthday and for Zionna because she couldn’t play today because she is sick, and I am just very grateful for my team,” Kaylee Werk (10) said. As Werk said she is grateful for her team and is glad she is able to play with them. That same day the Varsity team also came home with a win against Lincoln Park. The Brahmans Jv(A) team wasn’t the only one to take a loss against Vero Beach and make a comeback against Lincoln Park. The varsity team played a good game against Lincoln Park which helped them to a win. Varsity won with three sets, which leaves Lincoln Park with a loss with winning no sets. Jv(A) also won with two sets, and left Lincoln Park with no winning sets.
