The OHS’s second rodeo will be held in Bushnell Florida on October 12-13th. Something Kaelyn Hegarty said that she could improve on from her last rodeo is work with her goat horse and ride him better. Another thing is to ride her horse better the first day of the rodeo and not so much the second day of the rodeo. But no matter the outcome of her run he will go out of the arena positive. Something that the OHS high school rodeo team does good together is they lift each other up. They are also very supportive towards one another. “I’m going in with a clear mindset, just trying to make the best run I can with what stock I have, and no matter what the outcome, come out of the arena positive,” Kaelyn Hegarty (10) said. The OHS rodeo team is improving from their last rodeo and will do better.
