The OHS’s next bass tournament is held in Bainbridge, GA. The lake they are fishing the tournament in is Lake Seminole. The weigh-in is going to be held in the Earl May Basin. This tournament is on October 12,2024 and is considered a North trail. A couple of teams that are fishing this tournament are Keaton Hickman and Michael Palmer and Lane Davis and Reagan Mohney. During the last OHS fishing tournament one team was Mathew Beville and Keagan. Something they said that they would do differently moving forward with the next tournament is that they would fish slower and be patient in different spots. “The lures I was using last tournament in Clewiston were frogs, and senkos,” Mathew Beville (9) said. Mathew was mostly flipping a chatter bait in reeds the whole tournament. Mathew said that he would fish slower because the more patient you are more than likely you’re going to get a fish you would’ve missed if you were fishing fast.
“It was slow fishing all weekend except for the morning,” Mathew Beville (9) said.
