This week I asked my friends whether they prefer to play soccer or basketball. Everyone I asked said they like soccer better than basketball. When asked why they like soccer, some people said that they like running, and soccer involves a lot of running. Another reason is that soccer is an easy sport to understand. Many students also enjoy watching soccer. Soccer is a very popular sport to play and watch. “I prefer to play soccer because it’s a fun sport to both play and watch,” Itzel Ceron-Diaz (10) said. In summary, students prefer playing soccer to basketball.
