the OHS bass team is waiting for their tournament in Leesburg they are preparing for it by getting all their tackle and right kind of rod and reels to be successful. Their next tournament is November 16. One team Mathew and Keagan are going to pre-fish so they can get a good idea of how to fish the area and have the best chance of having a good bag for the tournament. Mathew and Keagan are going to pre-fish Friday the 15th. “Even if we do not have a good bag the first day we will try harder the second,” Mathew Beville (9) said. Their boat Captain Mr. Nathan is also helping Mathew and Keagan by giving them advice and different strategies while fishing the Harris chain. The lures that Mathew and Kaegan are going to be using during the tournament are frogs,senkos, and spinner baits. The OHS bass team is going to also prepare for the colder temperatures and are going to have to adjust to the colder water temperatures as well.
