One thing to do is run as much as possible. Because the more you run will give you better stamina.

Another one is to eat good food. A lot of students eat bad food or sweets and will get sick at sports. Eating good food can help you physically and mentally.

Lastly is working out. Working out consistently can help you be stronger, faster, and jus fell better.
