Okeechobee’s junior varsity team played against Melbourne on 11/20/24. The Jv team took a hard loss, losing by 56. They had a rough game, but they will practice hard before their next game so they can win. The more they practice the better they will get. “This game was very frustrating for me because we did so well in the last game but now all of a sudden we aren’t doing good anymore. It’s ok though because we are going to practice and come back and win the next game,” Armoni Billie (9). Armoni tried his hardest to try and make a comeback during the game, but sadly winning a basketball game can’t happen from just one person. Not only did the varsity team lose. The varsity team might’ve lost but they played hard and almost came out with a win, but instead lost by only 7 points.
