This week I asked my friends how they like celebrating the New Year. Either celebrate with fireworks or a quiet celebration. Most of them said they prefer to celebrate with fireworks because it’s a lot of fun with family and friends. They also said that a quiet celebration bores them because it doesn’t feel like you’re celebrating anything. A few people did say that they don’t like how loud some fireworks are and it scares them. Yoselin Ramirez (10) said that she enjoys celebrating with fireworks because it’s very entertaining to do with many people. “I prefer celebrating with fireworks because it’s a lot of fun to do with my family,” Yoselin Ramirez (10) said. In conclusion, students prefer celebrating with fireworks more than having a quiet night.
